I've been playing version 109 campaign, standard victory, normal with the ai set
to aggressive.
I have windows Me.
I have nvidia driver.
I have 58.3 gb left on the drive that is in use.

The problem is that I've found that no matter which way I try to load the last 2 saves (only) I made,I keep getting;

Critical Error

---error:(ledger-table:Unexpected field)'lastyearincome={'line=70300 file=scenarios)save games\england_January_1485.eug---

Do you still want to continue?

Seeing as the default setting is "ignore",I chose that the first few times.
The game then loads properly (?).
When I checked the ledger, there are figures for last years income.Nothing seems to be missing or wrong.
(When I chose the "abort" option, the game ctds.)

The game had been running about 10-12 hrs,at this point.
If I load the third oldest save, this critical error message does not occur.

It looks like I could replay past the "offending" saves, but do I need to?

There were a couple of previous "odd" occurences.
Quite a while ago,I had 2 different kings at the same time.
One on the battlefield & a different one on the throne.(Edward iv & Henry or Richard?)When this happened,I thought it was just something new in EU2.
I have also had these same 2 kings twice.
A short time ago,my king on the battlefield died.A short time after this he was replaced on the throne. The king after him only lived a short time, before he was replaced by a different king (iirc).

Earlier, when the "War of the Roses" event happened,I had elected to give the Lancasters precedence.(didn't want the civil wars)
I thought that this was probably the reason for the "odd" king changes.

IIRC the two kings is WAD.
One represents the king on the throne and the other the general in the field.

As for the other it looks like a mixup with the save, you either need to risk further problems and play on with that game or load the save that does not have the problem.

Thanks.
I didn't see anything on the critical error especially,so I thought it was worth posting in case something similar occurs.

bug issue then not hardware.
