Hello, Gang:

Good evening from Canada! I hope this finds you and yours well.

I'm writing about a a message I keep getting when I'm either going into the game or it sends me back to my desktop. It says: 'CRITICAL ERROR--' then something about my video or my FMVL. Please, could somebody tell me what it is and how do I fix it? Do I need something extra on Gus, my computer, to run this game?

Until you tell us the specs of your machine, ram, video and sound cards, etc we wouldnt really have a clue.
I might have helped you a few months back but my wife threw the crystal ball at the cat and it smashed.
The exact error message might help too......
