This is speaking from specifically between series s and pc. I love this game a lot but crossplay is massively broken. There's a lot of issues with crashes to being unable to finish turns and even reverting said turns doesn't work, armies on the map don't move for other players, summons don't summon, not getting dragged into manual combats etc. there's many more. Console planetfall multiplayer alone just didn't work and I really and I mean really wanted 4 to work. Playing with others on the same consoles works for the most part but crossplay just doesn't. I hope this gets fixed soon as I want to actually play more than 5 - 20 turns with my friends.
