i have try to upload the code to github from visual studio, however it failed. only project files appear on github and these is no any c# files. i can not fix it as i am not a professional software engineer. i never use github while i work.
if you want to intall this mod, you can download it from this page. and unzip it to the game folder "\ Cities Skylines II\Mods".

Correct, but in modding there is no reason to not share the code, unless something is not supposed to be seen. Which is a red flag for the reason that often malware is the reason the code isn't published. Just in general, I'm not inferring there is anything wrong this this mod, just to be clear.
