Actually, I think that only applies to AI vassals. In fact, in my MP experience, human vassals' loyalty doesn't matter at all, even when I was the excommunicated bastard kinslayer King of France, and my human vassals had loyalty of 0, they couldn't revolt, and even when their loyalty to the former AI King of France was 0 (kinslayer too, he was my father, I tried to kill him, he tried to kill me, etc.), none of his human vassals could revolt. However, in both cases, the realm fell apart almost, I would have been destroyed had it not been for the fact that human vassals need claims to DOW their liege (or triggered by alliance), so I could just give all my extra demesne to them.
But, they could switch lieges, whether it's because their loyalty was 0 or not I'm not sure.

Extra: we must have atleast one more Danish player and one more Norwegian player, that is obviously or else because with the Crowns of Norway and Denmark can use their scutage like they want. On my behalf I have to lower mine before something bad happens for the King's best.

I could play 20.00 CET on Thursdays but I'm not too keen on this when school starts. Also, I'm afraid that wouldn't suit Sterkarm as that would be 13.00 for him on a Thursday...
