A multiplayer game. All players are from the same dynasty (Yngling), controlling different kingdoms in Europe: Norway, England and Sweden. This is the third attempt at this crusade - previous attempts were met with ruin, mostly due to attrition and operational planning mistakes. This time the Byzantines are fighting them in the east, so it weakened them enough to give us a fighting chance. We still had to employ two expensive Holy Orders: The Knight's Templar and Knights Hospitaller.

The crusade was a success, but at a terrible cost - King Cato I of England (my character at the beginning) and King Impulse of Sweden, fell in battle against the muslims near the end of the war.
