I know changes were made some time back for the sake of performance, but I gotta express frustration with the fertility malus remaining at 30. Ah well. That's my 2 cents, for what it's worth.

If the fertility malus stays at 30 I don't understand what is the point which the court changes., apart from been a money waster. I understand that the penalties fire when you are over the limit.
@MonzUn is there maybe a chance this whole fertilitly-malus thing gets revisited in the near future?
Don't know. I was mostly fixing unrelated bugs while the court improvements were being made so I wasn't too in on that.
