Hello wise community! I'm currently struggeling with this challenge, as it really gives me pounding from everywhere. My best game so far I haven't conquered any other holdings, managed to stay indenpendent for a while.
If i do try to conquer 1-2 state indenpendants the Rum sheikanate emediatly declares and I'm passed to history.
I've also experienced quite a few restarts with the starting date as you well all know is 1 January 1226 and a vassal to the Rum sheikanate declares, without me doing anything other than setting up my Councillors, my Focus and Ambition I get wrecked by a war declaration as early as 18th Januari 1225... What am I'm doing to piss of the game this bad?

Consider flipping to islam. Joining the assassin society should make you shia relatively quickly, which will ward off a lot of the dangers of holy wars against you.
I'm doing the Doux Kulin monarch's journey and it seems that the "invite heretics to your court" doesn't work. I basically adopted christian faith and then invited 20 holy men into my court, and yet it says that I have only one. Does someone here know why ?

I have weird graphical bug, i don't have Monarch's Journey tab. i really want to try Monarch's Journey challenges. here are some solutions i tried.
- logged in games launcher with my paradox account. logged out, closed the launcher and log in account.
- Run the game as Admin.
- Uninstall and reinstall the game.
- Changed game location.
- Verified integrity of games files.
- Run the game from steam and from games folder.
- Delete the \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II folder.
- Disabled mods and dlcs.
- Changed games resolution and graphics settings. run the game from both nvidia and intel graphics card.

If you have disabled all mods, also check that you haven't changed UI size.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, i disabled all mods. No, i didn't changed UI size setting. in my previous (original) comment i listed all solution i tried, none of them worked. i also posted the screenshot of the main menu.
Why cant I get any challenges newer than Shajar to appear available? Only given the first six challenges are shown for me.

As it stands, Crusader Kings II won't receive any major updates in the future.
We loved our past years developing the game with you, but the focus is currently on Crusader Kings III.
Of course, the Monarch's Journey will continue as part of the CKIII campaign, and we will be sharing more great news & content about CKIII in the meantime.
