Hello i bought CK III Royal Edition
at:
https://www.wingamestore.com/product/11677/Crusader-Kings-III-Royal-Edition/
and sadly the preorder content is missing:

Garments Of The Holy Roman Empire (pre-order bonus)

Its not in the Steam > Crusader Kings III > Propertries > DLC TAB
(see picture included).

What happend here?
There are a lots other peoples which have the same problem from different(!) stores too.
