Hi,

I've been having a consistent problem with CK3 lately; at random dates (for example: 25th of February, 9th of September, and far more), the time stops flowing, but the game doesn't crash - I can use the UI without any problem, but no action can be taken (for example, I can click the "Declare war" button, or take a martial skill, but none of those has consequences; neither can I change the speed of time or pause, by the way). I've been having this problem within multiple playthrough, at different points - first it was 70-ish years after the beginning of the game (1066), now it is far fewer.
Without mod, it seems I have no problem; thus I thought it was one of them causing the problem - I tried deactivating some, it didn't change anything; I tried running them independantly, it seemed to work fine when the number of mod was low, no matter the scope of the mods.
I've been trying deleting the modded events that come last in the error log (that is, two events in Cities of Wonder 3 and House Traditions), but the problem still happened.
When I was troubleshooting, by adding the mods I almost always use in my playsets one by one from vanilla, it seemed Medieval Arts was the one that introduced this time freeze; but playing without it in a new game (old ones crash on loading when not using it) resulted in no change, and the time freeze was still happening.
I've been deleting the game and the mods and downloading it again, nothing changed. I've been cleaning my save file, the problem wasn't lying there either.

Thus, here I am. I have absolutely no idea what can cause this frozen timeflow, and can't find anything looking like a solution on this forum or on internet. Some of you have any idea? Thanks a lot!

Edit: Happened again, for the fourth game this month, but like the last one on the 25th of February 1069 - first time this date is consistent. I've updated the modlist to this last game's. I sincerly don't understand.

Edit 2: Here is a post on reddit with a video showing the exact same problem:

its most likely a problem with the ironman mode, i had the exact same problem whenever i'm playing with ironman but its running just fine if i'm playing with ironman disabled

Thanks for your answer! I never play in ironman, though.
I posted on reddit, and quite a handful of people seems to have the same problem, but no one knows from where does it come from.
