when i try to install the game, it installs the game, but in the victoria folder and then when i try to install the 1.05 patch it says i dont the game installed! any idea how to solve this

I'm no expert on this, but what about uninstalling it and chooseing where to install it? I remeber I had some similar problems with another game a long time ago, but I forgot the solution.

It's non-trivial to install CK, its expansion and patches but I believe all you have to do is to install the expansion and patches onto the "Crusader Kings" folder itself
i cant, in fact the game is installing as victoria so it doesnt appear in the add and remove programs with the CK files, i've changed the folder and it still doesnt work, and when i try to install the patch it gives the error that it isnt installed
i've found out how to fix the prob, i went to CK folder and changed the avi folder name to OMFG and worked
