This is probably due to one of these utilities:
C:\Program Files (x86)\RivaTuner Statistics Server\RTSSHooks64.dll

C:\Users\Mariu\AppData\Local\Discord\app-1.0.9147\modules\discord_hook-1\discord_hook\721798c15c8b34\DiscordHook64.dll

Turn off the Discord overlay, and unload RTSS (or set it to not run at boot time and reboot).
