CSL1 Remastered disable trophies when select 25 tiles unlockable

The problem is exactly what I wrote on title.
PS5 version CSL1 Remastered. It just disabled my trophies randomly. I im 100% sure that I didn't accepted forced loans, because when it happened my balance was positive. I am also 100% sure that I selected the correct option in start, witch is "use 25 UNLOCKABLE".

Also, no glitches activated.

It's the second time that this happens and it's the second city with +30k citizens that I lost, because I want to get all trophies from this game. I am pretty sure that this is a bug.
I guess the game "thinks" that if I use the 25 tiles unlockable is a glitch, but it is not. I'm using it because I want to build a big city.

You can see in the screenshots the small difference of time. When I started playing my trophies was normal and after a short gameplay it just disabled.

You do not have to lose the city. You can earn achievements in a different city. They will unlock buildings is this save, and you can continue. I oops'd on my first city. I still have it and continued as if it did not happen. But only after I unlocked things in a different save. Not what I wanted but I did not lose the city.

Have you tried to continue an old 9-tile city and continued from there? (save with a new name before you unlock anything. so you can preserve the old saved game.

But you can get all achievements in a 9-tile city.
