CTD at month end?

Hi all,
Hoping for some kind of relief....

I am playing a GC with Ottomans with the latest 1.08 beta and get a crash-to-desktop at month end.

Have played for 350+ years with no problem - but when the year got to 1779, I get a CTD at the end of (any) month.

It started at the end of February (28th). I would reload multiple times, get past Feb. 28, only to have the game crash on March 30th and so on.

I have managed to get the game to May 30th with repeated reloads, but am at my wits end. I do not want to continue to play the game if I have to constantly reload the game every month.

I checked the history logs and nothing happens before the crash - it looks to me that a month end/start function (taxes/rebels/CoT/Inquisition, etc) check is malfunctioning.

Is there any kind of utility out there that looks at a save game and can discover problems? I think the save game may have gotten corrupted (somehow after 350 years of game time?)?

I guess as a last resort I will do a re-install.....

It happend to me once, for me I just saved some days before the chrash and loaded that saved version.

Then it usualy worked.

That's how I've managed to get past the Feb. 28 crash, but it just crashes the next month-end.

For example, save March 28th, CTD March 30th, reload Mar 28th game, gets past Mar 30th, but then CTD on April 30th.

Very frustrating....constant save/reload.

I doubt a reinstall will help if the save has been corupted.
Do you have any mods install, have you edited any file yourself?

I am playing vanilla EU2, but yes, I have AGCEEP, Independant Europe and Vinland mods installed.

Haven't edited any files myself.

If you have three user mods installed, you are NOT playing vanilla EU2.
Vanilla EU2 means Straight from the CD install with only Paradox patches.

We do not support user made mods for obvious reasons.
Sorry but you will need to contact the makers of those mods, since you have 3 mods even that may be difficult as you do not know which one is causing the problem.
