CTD in 1.3 with German language settings

When the game is set to the German language, clicking on the "First Punic War" when choosing to load a specific historical period causes a crash to the desktop. Setting the game to english resolves the problem.

On a side note, in just going through the turtorial, I noticed a LOT of spelling errors and typos in German. I know these will not likely be fixed, but it is something to keep in mind for the future. Whoever originally did the localization into German did a poor job.

i´ve never noticed such problems before and i´m hopeful, that the changes i made there, minimized ctd´s...
