CTD in Napoleon's Ambition scenario

Whenever I try to start a game using the Napoleon's Ambition scenario, I get a CTD. All other scenarios work. Stability is excellent otherwise (the only crash in 10h of MP last night happened to a different pc).
I'm using the latest beta version and I renamed the avi directory.
