CTD on Date Change

I'm playing Kingdom of Poland and am currently in a "Civil War" or sorts, my son jsut inherited my kingdom and my vassals are having a war with me. It is now december30(or 31 cant remeber, jsut the last day of that month) 1108, as soon it switches to January 1 1109 the game crashes. This wasnt "luck of the draw" because every time I load my saving a month prior ot the year change when it comes there it crashes everytime. Why?

I believe this is one of the many 1.01 CTDs.

I am closing this thread.

Feel free to re-open a new one if you get a reproducible CTD using 1.02 and can provide us a save for investigation.
