ctd on forced annexation

i have had 3 ctd's and all of them were a couple game days after force annexing an opm. the first game was as spain annexing granada, then i started a game as france and everything was going good i even diploannexed someone just fine but as soon as i force annexed cologne it crashed so i reloade my save and force annexed cologne again and it crash a second time.

Could you post the corresponding save? Is it with v1.1?

v1.1 agceep. if i remember right the save is right before i annex cologne

edit: when i try to upload the save it says the file type is invalid?

nevermind i figured it out
