CTD Problems...AGAIN!

Well, I have had CTD problems before and we did get them worked out. But, they have returned.

I am playing as Nationalist China and it continually CTD's on me. It seems to be at random times, but always within 8 months of the date at which I load. This is my first time playing as Nationalist China, ever. I don't know if it is the file or whatever.

Please help. I am doing really well in this game.:(

Is it the same file you keep reloading and it crashes or are you able to play the game 3 months at a time?
 
What is the date in the game?
 
Do you have 1.03b installed?
 
I know it is a lot to ask but could you play another game as the same nation and try to duplicate the problem. Keep the save that is corrupted. Then if you get another you can post it in the bug forum.

Nope.

I seem to have been able to draw a similarity between the CTD's though.

I had easily (hahahaha) disposed of Japan early on, before the Vichy government was set up. Suprisingly, Vichy didn't join the Axis. I DOW'ed them however, so as to attain the resource-rich Viet Nam provinces (since the lack of Japan allowed them to keep those provinces). It seems to me that it always occured after I DOW Vichy and when or right after the invasion of Viet Nam began.

So this time around, I waited almost a year to DOW on Vichy and no CTD.
 
Interesting, You may want to check out the list of known bugs and see if anything similar is listed.
 
Yes sometimes the bug descriptions leave something to be desired. :)

If you feel like it you can start a new thread there and ask for input.
 
I don't know for sure, that is why I suggested posting over there to ask. :)
