A problem I've experienced with HO2, DD etc and it seems to have carried over into AOD.

OK early, but once into the latter years and things get hectic AI wise - USA and Soviet at war etc the CTD's just get worse.

I've piddled about with all manner of things, such as changing desktop resolution to match the game etc all to no avail....

Any solutions on the cards?
