CTD when loading Revolutions

I installed and ran Victoria no problem. I tried to install Victoria Revolutions and it crashes to desktop with this error message.

It seems I downloaded Revolutions 1.0 before it was adjusted to 2.01 Is there a way to correct this ?
 
You haven't installed Ricky correctly. You must install Ricky inside the Victoria folder. ( C:/programfiles/paradox entertainment/Victoria ) If you don't have the latest version of Ricky, just redownload it from GamersGate.
