CTD when trying to use the warscore screen to enter diplomacy with rebels.

Now, I now I can enter the warscore screen with actual factions like the HRE, but when I try to get to the diplomacy screen for the rebels, it immediately crashes. My checksum is good, so is anyone else having this problem?

Update: Just tried to enter diplomacy screen from the character screen. Same problem.

Can you post a save game? I'd like to confirm/deny this, but have no active rebels in my 1.10 game.
