Hey all, first post. Love this game single player. Recently started talking to some folks on a Steam group about playing Direct IP multiplayer, and tried it for the first time tonight. The other player was hosting, and I was able to connect fine to him, along with a third player. About 3-5 minutes into the game, after a momentary OOS issue that it seems occurs each time we start a new game (and that I chalk up to my own poor connection), both myself and the other client (not the host) CTD'd. Myself and the host tried again. Same issue. OOS early, but playable after, and then CTD roughly five minutes or so into play.
The first several times we tried we were using CK2+ v1.22 mod with all modules, so we thought it might be an issue with that, since Wiz was clear that it's a very early release, but we disabled the mods and played vanilla 1.06 and still had the same CTD issue I described above. Roughly five minutes or less of decent play, and then CTD.
For what it's worth, he has downloaded SoI and I have not, but he was playing as an Irish Duke and I was an English Count, so I doubt it has anything to do with the Muslim content.
Can give more information if necessary, just wanted to see if anyone knew of any issues we're unaware of. Thanks for your time.
