128 land provinces. Sea - don't know yet, they aren't finished. About urban - ask Supa

OK, here's final sketch of the colorscales map, with sea provs added:

I'm pretty screwed - I got 141 sea provs, whereas there are only 128 land provs:rofl:

It makes 269 total.
