The cultural modifier for Output from Culture Decisions seems so doesnt have any effect on the output!

As you see downside:
100% Output from Happyness*+9%+5%-30%+38%=122%

The Output Malus for the Culture is just be ignored!

(Game Version 2.0.3)

I believe that this modifier gets applied to all pops in territories with that culture dominant.

Since in this territory are 40 pops and at least 25 Slaves are Bohairciric, this culture is dominant!

The effect has to apply here - but it doesnt! I even let the game run for some months, there was never any evidence that the output-modifier really impacts.

Ok, verifying by checking on the beta and on a large enough slave population that it can't be a rounding error:

With 19 slaves, we should get .36 tax income (19*1.26*.015 = .3591). However, as you can see the -10% slave output right has been applied to the Magadhi culture, the only culture of slave present in this territory, to no effect. Territory income to the left also reflects that it is still netting .36 tax income, so I feel comfortable assuming this means it is a mechanical, not a UI, issue. I've also let it run (as you can see from the date) through the first year tick since applying the right, and as you can see it is unchanged.

If it is on the newest beta I would post in the bug forum and in the beta thread. With saves if possible.

I've tried to verify manpower output of freemen with supposed +22% output from cultural decisions, and I'm not able to see the effect from +22%.
The actual manpower cap produced almost exactly matches what you would expect without this decision bonus output (but not exactly.. it's like 1% off, which might be related or could be some other modifier not displayed in the tooltip).

This is both in a territory where modified culture is dominant, and in a territory where titular culture is dominant.
So I think Herennius's bug report is worthy of an upvote and a bump.

Bumping bug threads is not recommended, especially when the game is currently not being worked on. Maybe if they revisit development on it in the future, but they have an internal bug database.

How else would the devs know which issues are still relevant in 2.0.4 and which were successfully fixed?
Or are you able to check PDX's bug database and see this issue's status.

I may have not been clear, sorry. A general "bump" is not warranted. New information if a bug remains after a patch update I feel is fine to let the Dev's know a bug remains. Keep in mind, as Paradox has stated, it is not currently being worked on officially. I do not have access to the bug database for IR.
