i was wondering what are all of the available cultures for CK. also, if i were to edit the culture in the province file, what troop type would the province get? is it even possible to add a new culture?

All available culture tags are in world_names.csv. I doubt it's possible to add new culture tags. There are several sprites used by cultures, but there are fewer sprites than cultures.
