With a small bit of research, CK can be chock full of events without becoming person-spesific. I mean, we're talking about the period that more or less set the standards for future western civilization here!

Every religious bull coming from the papacy. Many law codes and books issued - certainly written by certain kings, but in most respects products of culture rather than individuals.
Rise of the different monastic orders and the spread of these. Rise of the universities, their produce and the foundations of scientific thought. Triggerer events for Islamic/Jewish-translated roman texts and though upon the conquest of the iberian peninsula. The growth of and the peculiar character of western cities. Myriad new practical inventions. New ideas imported from Asia and the Levant - triggered by trade routes established.

The list can go on and on and on.

Yes but the dinassty leader should have the opportunity to invite Slovak, Saxon, Cuman, Romanian et cetera refugees after the mongol invasion, shouldn't he ?

Slovaks?! Unless you mean Slavs, SLovaks lived in the Hungary before it was called hungary. the population loss due to the mongol invasion in slovakia (northern hungary) was reduced by GERMAN colonization. in fact, there are still cities with a specific german dialect in central slovakia. so dont invite slovaks, thats like Edward VII invited irish to settle in ireland, or something.. just a minor point ;)
