Curious situation, Please Advise. . .

Good morning;

In anticipation of HOI3, my buddy and I are revisiting HOI2 and loving it with the DD upgrade.

I noticed two interesting things that I can’t understand/find.

I’m playing Germany:

1.) 12 of my subs have been engaged constantly for 5 gaming weeks now with the Arc Royal and 15 other ships of the line and support craft. This after I set them to only attack convoys and only at night.
2.) 2 of my tactical bomber units came off the line with escourt fighter brigades built in and I can’t find anywhere the option to create escourt fighter brigades or any other brigades for the air force.

Please help me with these two issues.

1.) It doesn´t matter on which mission your subs are. Enemy ships can always find your subs and engage into combat with them...

2.) Since you are using Doomsday, you have to go to the Brigades section of the Unit production Screen (you´ll find it when you push the Button under the Land Unit button) There are all Land and Air brigades listed. And don´t forget to research Escort Fighters! You won´t be able to build them if you don´t research them...
