It is disputable but since there is a bug preventing their placement after a save game, AI gets stack with few of them in the deployment pool after few years... Yeah, still this is wrong, the boost FC gives is 25% of BB's firing range! This makes CVs suddenly less powerful and FC an obligatory brigade...
