i like the way you have set them out darks very easy to read and should make it simple or easier to code once someone decides the ids for the tech teams for each country (any takers??? or should i do it)

I dont know if this is the right place but for Iraq shouldnt the Republican Guard be a tech team for ground troops artillary and tanks? Also wasnt warent von bron or w/e his name the German Rocket guy didnt he go to the US post war? Agian sorry if this the wroung place. Oh and Saddam should be a tech team with low skill he always had his hand in tactics and so on.
Hmmm, I would start coding the tech teams... but there are many holes, still... alot of teams don't have any specialties, and many that have them have the same... when are you reviewing the ones you got, darks? Just as to have an estimate when I can start coding some teams?
About the id's for tech teams - would it hurt just to keep the ones from the vanilla files? It should work fine, at least, and I don't see any reason to change it (only the first one or two numbers are country-specific, the rest is going from 0 to 99 for every tech team the country has).

1.Soeharto (1967) management, training. his skill is about 5 or 6
2.B.J. Habibie (he appears on late 1980s) piloting, aircraft testing, aeronautics. his skill is about 5 or 6
3.Pertamina (1970s, i dont remember when) industrial efficiency, etc. its skill is about 4 or 5.
