I tried adding a .csv into the config file before, but the game engine just ignored it, so I would like to know what I need to modify to add a .csv for text strings. This will make distributing mods easier, especially since my .csv text string files are messed up.

I would also like to know how scenario specific country descriptions are named/created.
Thank you.

It won't work with HOI2, you need to play with the existing files
With Darkest Hour we made it so the engine could read a blank "mods.csv" file to make it easier for modders to add their own text :)

That's always good. More reasons to ship a DH version of my mod. Though map editing will be a pain. Thanks Fernando.

What order is the .csv's used to determine string values Fernando? Does the mod one override the original ones? (It seems to be the only logical decision, but just making sure). Ex, the default Worldtext.csv has U00-U20 something as "User Defined." If I redefine it in the mod .csv without deleting it, would DH ignore the original ones?
