Custom Empires Only

Hi!

Does anyone know why my Custom EMpires Only mods could have stopped working? I hate playing against random Empires that mean nothing to me.

I already tried changing all their startign systems to "random" and of course have them on spawn allowed, but not forced. Is there a new problem??

Yeah I made a bug report just now.

Custom empires are completely bugged right now. I edited some of them post patch and the changes are not saved either

Yeah, I noticed the same.

Half of the spawned Empires don't even get a proper ID in debug mode. Which sounds very ominous.
