Custom Mech/Lances skirmish save location

Hello!
Do somebody know where I can find the location of the save files for custom Mechs and lances build in skirmish? What i know is, it is not saved in the directory for savegames. After a clean uninstall, the build were already there.

I have a Problem with a mod, if a load it, i have an infinite loading screen if I try to run the mechlab in skirmish. Career mode is fine.

Can somebody help me?

two places
1. system registry (under windows)
2. settings file based on store (steam, gog)
