Summary

Custom Refresh Rate not available in Paradox Launcher // Refresh Rate does not save // Refresh Rate default to the highest

Description

My Lenovo Legion 7 laptop have a custom Refresh Rate of 100hz. This is a good median I have for both idling and playing games.

However, I found that when I launch a mod or using Paradox Launcher, my Refresh Rate is only set as 60hz or 165hz. Even if I select 60hz, it will still default to 165hz, which is super high and makes my laptop run very hot.
When I select a Refresh rate besides the max in the Launcher, which is 165hz, and I launch the game, the setting will be saved for only that time I play. However, if I relaunch Paradox Launcher again, it will then default to the max 165hz.

In addition, if Igo into [pdx_settings] file, when I change the Refresh Rate it saves the first time, but after relaunching it, the saved setting won't be there, and it'll default back to 165hz, my highest.

This means Paradox Launcher does NOT save Refresh Rate settings. It forces my computer to have the highest Refresh Rate.

In summary, it currently have 3 issues:

1. PDX launcher does not have custom Refresh Rate

2. PDX launcher does not save Refresh Rate setting

3. PDX launcher defaults to the HIGHEST Refresh Rate setting, which for me is 165hz.

Steps to reproduce

In Paradox Launcher, select a Refresh Rate besides the highest, launch, exit, then relaunch again to reproduce.

Also monitor the settings saved in the [pdx_settings] file in Documents.
