I have a shared zone for Min/Med/Insane/Super Sec between the respective cell blocks and as soon as the Insane sec prisoners step in to it they are cuffed (without any guard interaction) and returned to their cells with no punishments.
This stops them being able to reach any other parts of the prison.
Issue resolves instantly if I switch to Shared and is instantly reproducible if I switch back to a custom zone.
No other prisoners are impacted except Insane. No mods, all DLCs and fully patched as of 15th July '21.
