I'm taking notes for an AAR, using Microsoft Word. But I notice that I can't cut and paste directly from Word into the Thread/Message box.

Is there a way to cut and paste? (I noticed a "#" button to "Insert monospace text into your message" but I don't know how it works.)Or do I have to type everything directly into the message box?

This is a test of cutting and pasting from word (I hate that cat!)

Well that worked OK.

I use the keboard for cutting and pasting. Highlight the text, hit Ctrl+c. Thats copies it to the clipboard.

Bring up the message form and hit Ctrl + v which copies from the clipboard to the message form.

How do you do it?

Ah, the old "Control-V to paste" option, I should have known . . .
I had been using my mouse to point-and-click on "copy" (in word), then point-and-click on "paste" (on my internet provider -- except that "paste" button was greyed out.)

OK, let's try an excerpt . . .

“General Kholmski, you sit silent. What say you?” Denilo Kholmski, is shaggy, shabby and broad. He too is a Prince, but not of high standing. But he is also an icon; Muscovy’s greatest living military commander. It is a reputation won by 40 hard years in the saddle.

“My Prince, if I had one more campaign left in me, it would be against the Horde.”

“Do you have another campaign in you?” The Grand Prince’s question is not idle. Like me, Kholmski is an old man. But the great General’s eyes sparkle.

“If the Grand Prince so wishes.”>>

Hey, it works!

Great!
I always use the keyboard methods whilst on the 'net - they always seem to work whilst the options from the menus dont.

Now lets see some great AARs........
