Cybernetic Creed and colonisation in 4.0

Is it me, or is it impossible to colonise a planet with the "Cybernetic Creed" origin? The date of the colony's creation is delayed by one month each month. I had to wait a full year for the meter to start filling up. And then the delay loop started again.

It is very frustrating.

It is currently bugged because Pops switch ethics while colonizing and that for whatevever reasons interacts with CyberCreed (and/or Ritualistic Implants trait).
There are several bug reports done for this since Release of 4.0 yet nothing happened for now.

So better not playing CyberCreed for the time beeing (Time of writing this post is patch 4.0.10)
