Lake Tyers:

Lake Tyers extends from Lake Tyers Beach to Mount Nowa Nowa. Tall eucalypt forests surround the northern shores of Lake Tyers, and a thin sand spit divides the lake from the ocean.

The area offers opportunities for low impact bush camping in a natural environment, with fishing in the lake and on the Ninety Mile Beach. Lake Tyers also offers a number of areas for picnics, beautiful bushwalks and forest drives.

Lake Tyers is only a 3 hour drive east of Melbourne in Australia's beautiful south-east.

Uluru (Ayres Rock) & Kata Tjutu (Olgas):

Rising out of the surrounding Central Australian desert, Uluru (Ayres Rock) and Kata Tjuta (Olgas) dominate the landscape. The spectacular red rocks and domes are millions upon millions of years old.

You’ll find Uluru and Kata Tjuta about 450 kilometres, or a four and a half hour drive from Alice Springs, the nearest major town.

Though in a remote desert, a nearby town Yulara has been built to provide accommodation, restaurants, a supermarket, petrol and other essential services.

***** NOTE: The water source was added for game reasons. It does not exist in real life.

I've uploaded the Halls Gap, Grampians map to the workshop. :)

Head into the very heart of the Grampians National Park and base yourself at Halls Gap, a great starting point for a range of adventure activities. Choose from camping grounds to family-sized eco-cabins surrounded by stunning bushland and inquisitive wildlife.

Rest easy and soak up the Grampians' natural wonders. The MacKenzie Falls and Beehive Falls are both a short drive away from Halls Gap, and the nearby Bellfield, Lonsdale, Fyans and Wartook Lakes offer opportunities for canoeing, fishing and birdwatching. Alternatively, explore the many walking tracks around town. With a total of over 160 kilometres of routes to choose from, you're bound to find a walk that appeals.

Gariwerd, as The Grampians is traditionally known, still bears the marks of its rich history. Delve into Indigenous culture at Brambuk, the National Park and Cultural Centre. Discover ancient oven mounds, scatterings of stone left over from tool making, rock art sites and learn about the traditional beliefs handed down from one generation to the next. Guided tours to ancient Aboriginal rock art shelters are also available.
