As long as you do not play the Clash of Kings or Feast for Crows scenarios you will be fine. Those two scenarios will contain major unavoidable spoilers.

You shouldn't play any scenarios after Roberts Rebellion, as they contain a very large spoiler from book five.

I'm pretty sure Greyjoy's Rebellion is spoiler-free. Only the last two are chock full of spoilers.

The latest you can play and be free of spoilers is Robert's Rebellion. Everything after The Crowned Stag will have massive spoilers.

There are huge spoilers for Dany there, you just wont be able to tell which of the event choices actually happened and which of them are speculative.
