A ship that has been built at 90% during two years, then become next tier cause magic reasons. I'm sorry but dont see the point.
I haven´t observed anything like that. If AI builds a ship of tier 6 and researches tier 7 it still finishes this ship and starts a new one of tier 7. In AoD you can upgrade your production line but you lose half of your progress in that process.

While I agree with your logic, paradox did that to "help" the ai. It cannot plan in advance the way a human can. The ai friendly cheat that I hate is the unlimited range for ships and planes.

No, it only does that when its a ship already building in the .inc and set as newmodel = no

I have some questions/concerns regarding the great addition of tech team sorting.
From what I was able to make out from the comments and AARs of "son of liberty" with this change you'd be able to see exactly when a research team will bee able to finish a tech at all times. It is unclear to me if the lists of tech teams gets sorted everytime you select a new tech or if there's just the finishing date.
From a realism perspective having an exact date before even starting the research seems a bit absurd and also too much like Hoi4. I'd prefer if it would only tell you in which order they'd finish the tech. Altough my personal favorite would be just showing how much of the difficulty is covered (e.g. Rheinmetall covering 8/10 difficulty for 1936 artillery).
If option 3 is off the table then being able to toggle the exact date would be something I'd imagine most LARPers (me included) would very much appreciate.

As of now, the way it works is that any time you choose a potential tech to fill an open slot the teams are listed in the order that they would complete the tech shortest to longest. The list changes if you change the tech. It also accounts for newly acquired teams like if tech team takeover is activated. As for the difficulty, can't you tell that by looking at the tech? Sometimes it is close like skill 5 with all matches vs skill 7 with only 2 or 3 matches against a level 8 or 9 tech. That is where the sorting really helps. Jmo, ymmv SoL
