Dawn of Lodestar not recognizing faithful from certain sources

Description​

The cosmic happening Dawn of the Lodestar is not recognizing Faithful or Zeal on units that received through special means (Covenant of the the Faithful, Preacher major ambition, Pyreshrine, etc.). Culture and ruler doesn't seem to make a difference. This is the second consecutive game in which this has occurred in recent months. Both games were multiplayer games, and my co-op partner is experiencing the issue as well.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Acquire units that have Faithful or Zeal through one of the listed means above; mythic units are best so that they don't have an enchantment or transformation that would apply it.
2. Encounter Dawn of the Lodestar.
