Do anyone know how you can prevent the freez bug that happens sometimes when in valkyernet, the game freezez when i try to join,leave games or switch channel. I can't alt+tap out of it, but i notice that i still alt tap becouse if i press alt+f4 i can shut down programs in the background, i notice it when winamp started playing. I usally have to click alt+tap and alt+f4 like a madman for Five minutes, five minutes can be a long time staring at the same picture on the computer getting more frustrated by each second. If you have the skills you could lear the exact combination to alt+crt+delet and manage to shut it of by keyboard only, this is very trick sence you can't see what you are doing. Can anyone help me?

Well, I usually resort to using the "sleep" button on my keyboard when HoI 2 freezes. After that I hit "Wake up" and enter a different XP user account, from there its easy to end any tasks (assuming you check "Show processes from all user."). Haven't tried to enter the same account but it will probably return the same frozen view.
As for the bugs, you can usually know when a freeze bug is coming in a few cases. Like if you get incorrect version error when joining a room, or if you enter the wrong password as well. There is probably a few other cases but I can't remember/know them. If you feel that HoI2 is gonna freeze when you click a button then just alt tab instead and end task it
