DD-SMEP and France

Oh, you realise that France gets some bonuses in dd-smep right?
If you knew that(and even if you didnt), can you please tell me if you think they are a good add to the mod?
(Sorry that my question has nothing to do with DAIM, just wanted to hear feedback)

But no problem, i can't say thanks to Spocky and G'Kar often enough.



So here we go.
I played a german GG furious-hard. I played "tight", meaning for me I went to war with Poland with nearly unupgraded forces but instead a huge IC,- and Navy-buildup. In addition i lost 3 Panzerdivisions(gifted to NatSpain, which managed to get beaten ) and gifted all my Interceptors to my allies. Airwar is going good, Allies bomb Netherlands occasionaly. but on the ground I'm still stalemated around the french belgian border. The reason: A lot of Arm3 divisions against my unupgraded light LArm and Arm2. The Frenchies have atleast 3 big armys with one Arm3 and one army consisting of 7!!! arm3. never experienced anything like that before.

So what exactly does "Stronger France" do?

The stronger France event is very simple.
It just gives them some IC and resources... nothing special.
I still manage to beat the French(easily). However, I understand that you gave ARM divisions to Spain(WHY??? Those ARM divs are crucial for the crucial encirclements!) and that you invested a lot of time and IC on naval power. Sadly, you cant neglect you ground force like that... esspecially your ARM. What you needed to do in order to win was to encircle the French...(of course!)
its not so hard, esspecially because the PC moves his soldiers like nuts, trying to defend all the lind and creating a line of very thin forces. It's not so hard to grabb him while doing that and breaking threw with your ARM divisions, and then encircle, esspecially with your superior ORG doctrine.
You probably wasted to much time and IC on more IC and navy, thats all.
