With AoD it's again possible to convert obsolete/surplus destroyers into convoy escorts. What I'm not understanding is why the number of escorts received is related to the level of the DD you're converting: A level 2 DD gives two escorts, a level 5 DD gives 5 escorts, etc.
I don't see why a high level DD gives so many escorts but I understand some variation due to increased combat ability. I would suggest to use a 1:1 conversion for level 1-4 DD and 1:2 conversion for higher levels.

There's no such conversion extension for transport ships convertable into convoy transports, regardless of model number they always result in 10 convoy transports.

I think this is because sonar and radar are continuously improved with each model, reducing the number of ships necessary to escort a convoy.

There´s only one model type for TP´s, so the conversion is always the same.

Edit: Besides, IMO this isn´t really a bug but an improvement suggestion.

Just look at the ASW (sub attack/sub detection) stats off Destroyers...

Model 0: 1/4 (attack/detection)
Model 1: 3/5
Model 2: 5/7
Model 3: 6/9
Model 4: 7/11

As you can see the lvl 5 Destroyer actually have 7 times as high sub attack, not 5 times which is what you get through conversion.
