I have a line of hearses outside my prsion. The first hearse has 3 dead bodies in it already but the ones behind it in line are empty. I have tried restarting the game, rezoning the morgue, firing and rehiring doctors. I even left my game on overnight to see if it would clear up by the morning but nothing. Any idea what the problem could be? Seems like a possible bug.
