July 28, Sporadic dogfights over Britain have emerged, with the occasional German bomber, The air defense has been consolidated under General Leigh Mallory, a brilliant fighter commander. Replacements, soldiers and planes are being constructed at a frantic rate.
In Africa.... the Italians have pushed round the flank of the British forces, Reinforcements of the BEF are en route to relieve the flank, however Italian forces currently retain the upper hand.

Could be, may be incorrect. The German fighters are so numerous they have no match, and the French couldnt put up much of a fight. But im not sure whether the German ones are correct.

Yeah , BIG time, if you look closely i actually ran out of oil for a month or so, before making an import deal with USA In previous game i lost soo many convoys i couldnt import all colonial materials/trade. I was literally strangled.

The channel fleet was damaged by the attack on the convoys, the main fleet was redeployed to the Medeterranian (a mistake evidently!!) and the rest were hunting for subs in the western approaches and off coast of Spain.

i should have deleted the AI production queue and made more planes and destroyers.The Italians have swarms of troops in N. Africa, outnumbering the reinforced British armies by about 3-1, I have no troops left to send, even if i didnt have to retake south Britain!
P.S. If i loose would you like me to do another one? Redo the UK maybe, with a better idea of AoD? or maybe Germany.

A quite critical situation to say the least. The AI seems to be really tougher than in HOI2.

. The sub ai however was damn sneaky and annoying. I think i sunk 1 sub unit in a year of hunting (not sure how many subs that represents).

Well nothing interesting happened.
I tried to retake britain, germans landed more forces including a tank, which minced my forces.
North africa didnt get totally overun, but it was a last stand defence at that time :rofl:
I would have done a screen but i saved over my 'playing' savegame with the new start (after reorganising techteams/navy/production)
