So you cant use your councilor to negotiate with them right? The tooltip says they cannot be bargained with, so how do I deal with these rabble rousers? They are at 90% strength

Either raise the opinion of enough of them to bring them down in strength or fight them. Pretty much like any faction.

Ah alright. So thats sending gifts, educating heirs, and a few ambitions I guess? I wish there were more ambitious to fulfill for npcs. Sending a wife to someone with a get married wish doesnt grant them opinion bonus with me.

Say I have my vassal's heir/children/close kin in my court as a ward or my courtier (imperial court)... Does it help to prevent them from joining factions? Seeing they can be treated as a hostage if faction war breaks out against the top ruler...
