Decals Seem to Disappear After Loading

Hello there,
I've recently made a road with a bunch of road decals by Ronyx69 and Avanya. BUT when I saved, quit and loaded again, all decals seemed to disappear. Their BLUE CIRCLES still do show up once selected with marquee selection in Move It!, but with single selection, neither are the circles visible. bringing to object height won't work too.

You have Prop and Tree Anarchy off, it should be set to "Always on" (or what the setting is called) so they aren't hidden by default.
