Decision Effects Not Appearing

Hi Folks -

Decision events are not allowing the effects of those decisions to be shown, with mouse roll-over.
I get a little gray box underneath both top and bottom.
Playing Revolutions Patched 2.01. Gamersgate. Installed over original Box Victoria, also latest patch.
Any Ideas?

Okay now. Seems to work with Administrative account signed on.
