Declaration of cease-fire

After an exchange with FlyingDutchie it seems that an agreement to put the dispute to an end is imminent. I have agreed to put my claims to rest and accept the current developing team as caretakers. While there is no agreement about the exact status of the current developing team. I will however not press the issue let things rest as long as the current developing team decides to do the same.
As part of a possible agreement the the publishment of an unofficial-sumod would be allowed. This submod and it's developement would fall solely within my responsibility for the time beeing but interested partys are allowed to participate and and I intend to cooperate as much as the differences allow.

In so many words, there will not be a 'unofficial-submob' of Kaiserreich as Sorelus hasn't gotten the approval of the Community and the KR Devs. I and FlyingDutchman have tried having a quiet end to this utterly silly edrama with Sorelus but Sorelus is deluded into thinking he can have it his way regardless if that conflicts with reality or not. I'm only bothering to reply to this so people know that Sorelus is simply bonkers about this.

This is a game, and it would great if it didn't attract this senseless stuff.

Should no proper re-evaluation of your position happen I'd have to consider your actions as malicous attempts to make me appear like I would steal somethingt that I had shortly ago recognized as beeing under the authority of someone else.

Neither I or FD were malicious in trying to stop this by merely talking to you and I don't understand what slander you are insinuating has happened. You knew full well the Dev team are the guardians of the mod, yet categorically denied it, because you were upset that a) your idea was shot down b) when a vote was held on your idea, you lost by 2/3s and c) that some of fellow devs were getting tired of this and stopped acting as polite as they were previously.

I've only bothered to reply to you not because you hold any standing in KR but just so people will not be confused as to what is happening. Your attitude has continually been childish and this rate will not be able to make any spin off of Kaiserreich. I'm done trying to talk to you, and any further replies won't be responded to, at least by me.

You seem to be all to eager to let it escalate further.
I have agreed to put an end to it on the basis that both side would made amends and I went as far as accepting you guardianship simply to get as close to a common position as possible so as to allow the dispute to be ended. In return I asked permission to set up a submod which was then granted by flyingdutchman/flyingdutchie under the condition that I would be made clear that it would make clar that it does not enjoin your support and that I do not belong to your team. There is no room for misinterpretation in the word "unofficial" and I have already sufficiently made clear that I do not consider myself as part of your team. The ball is clearly in your court now.
